Time travel to the past or future

 Hello everyone! before I start I must be honest. These topics about time travels don't really interest me much, I had never thought about if I would like to travel to the past or if I would like to travel to the future.

To travel to the past would be to alter many things in my life as it happens in the movie back to the future hahaha, besides living and knowing horrible historical events that happened in our country where many people suffered and I would not like to live those moments.

I imagine that we could have a future with a technology that has managed to repair the ecological damage that humanity has done, which in my opinion would be the most important thing that could be done with technology, advances in communications, entertainment and transportation for me is not so important as opposed to the ecological progress.

I think that if I had to choose between the past and the future I would choose a trip to the future, I don't know how many years specifically, but several years.

So for all this if I were given the choice between these two options I would choose to travel to the future, I see more advantages there than going to live the past. 

Anyway I would not like to stay in the future, I prefer to stay in the present.
